Chronic stress is a habit of both the body and mind. Changing long held patterns of dealing with pain and disappointment is possible through techniques such as breath awareness, breathing exercises, simple stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness practices.

This is an experiential program that will give you the tools to recreate an internal environment that is calming and nurturing no matter where you are. You will have the ability to respond the situations instead of react, feel a level and control over yourself, and direct your attention towards healthy endeavors that contribute to your well being.
